Mailbox size required depends on these factors:
  • Number and size of mails sent and received daily
  • How long you retain your older mails
  • Number of mails sent and received with attachments
  • Types of attachments -- image and video attachments occupy substantially higher storage compared to PDF and Office attachments
The 10GB mailbox is what most of our users find appropriate. You can also choose a more basic size.
